Bardzo przestronny i wygodny apartament.
Idealnie położony.

Appartamento ben tenuto, essenziale ma completo. Non li abbiamo usati ma gli elettrodomestici appaiono nuovi e in buono stato generale. Pulizia adeguata e biancheria ben pulita. Ottimi i materassi. Efficiente e soprattutto silenzioso il sistema di condizionamento dell'aria (vedi dopo). Check-in molto semplice. Posizione ideale per andare a piedi a Ortigia e al Teatro Greco. Breve distanza anche dalla stazione ferroviaria. Buona la comunicazione (per whatsapp) con il gestore.
L'edificio non è il massimo e le scale interne sono buie e un po trascurate, elemento comunque trascurabile. L'affaccio è su una via trafficata e decisamente rumorosa, per cui bisogna tenere le finestre chiuse (ma la climatizzazione funziona molto bene). Qualche piccolo deficit sul bagno (segni di muffa e ingiallimento nell'angolo vicino al water) anche se di poco conto.

Clean, bright, modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you need. Location was great, very close to Ortigia. The outside didn’t look like much but it was very nice inside. Spacious bathroom with excellent shower.
The manager was great with detailed description of the contactless access to the apartment and was quickly responsive to questions.
An excellent value.

Le montant des taxes locales (qu’il faut légitimement payer) n’est pas précisé par avance et il faut laisser en partant le montant en liquide sur la table de la cuisine.
