Appartamento ampio, ottima posizione a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia
Pulizia da migliorare,
Infisso e zanzariera rotti in cucina di conseguenza pieno di zanzare.
Scolapiatti completamente arrugginito,
Sistema di scarico piatto doccia intasato di conseguenza l'acqua defluisce molto lentamente, in pratica si allaga subito il piatto doccia.
