About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment with a view of Ortigia harbour, just a few steps from Aretusa Promenade.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building without a lift. The house is organised around the main living area, furnished with an elegant glass table, two sofas of which one is a sofa bed, a TV and access to the small balcony with sea view.
The living area is completed by an independent kitchen with an adjoining laundry room, furnished with an additional dining table, a TV and equipped with every comfort. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom en suite with shower, and a mezzanine that houses the second bedroom and boasts a double bed, a TV and the en suite bathroom with shower.
The layout is completed by an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
*To reach the second bedroom in the mezzanine, there is a spiral staircase

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from natural sources of fresh water and the particular white colour of the sand. Within the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Going further south, approximately 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Faunal Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse is definitely worth seeing, along with the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and also the Latomies of the Capuchins, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as scenic ones. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the Avola tuna fishery and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land entirely to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's gaze.
Catania Fontanarossa airport is 67 km away, whilst the central train station is 1.7 km away.

Giulio meet us on time at the property and walked us through. It’s a large beautiful apartment with a lovely port view. We really enjoyed watching the boats, and checking out the yachts that docked right in front of the apartment. It was easy to communicate with Wonderful Italy through WhatsApp. We had a lovely nine night stay there!

I almost gave “Accuracy of Listing” 3 or 4 stars because… those pictures do not do it justice! It is more beautiful than the photos portray. It is comfortable, spacious and quiet with a spectacular view and excellent location. It is tastefully decorated. There are several common spaces for relaxing, eating - providing nice options for four adults to enjoy with each other’s company or read in a quiet corner. The location is mid-island making walking to anywhere 20 minutes or less. A true gem on the lovely island of Ortigia!
