The location right on the dock was great with fantastic views of the harbour and all the boats. The small balcony was great. The lounge area was very comfortable with a great couch. Spacious apartment.

The key situation of only allowing one key and no place to leave it outside was not ideal. With 3 of us coming and going at separate times. More keys need to be supplied or at the least have a lockbox outside that we can access. Also response time was slow. The first key given to us snapped the first time in the lock and we were left several hours in the roasting heat without a response. Also told we would be met at checkout time by someone so we could give them the key. They never came. Finally got told we can leave key on table. Would have been better just to tell us to leave on table in first place.

Air conditioning and a freezer make the incredibly hot summer days more tolerable

The location of the apartment was perfect

The location is spectacular. This place is a great place to stay in Ortigia, because the location is perfect.

Air conditioner only works when you are in the unit and have the only key available plugged into the air conditioner slot. Then even when you put the key in, it takes about 1/2 an hour for it to start cooling. If you are out for any length of time, the place gets roasting hot. The kitchen is NOT well stocked, no kitchen towels. The property manager is non-responsive. Two of the 3 bedrooms are up spiral stairs, so if you have any mobility issues or don’t want to haul you suitcase up very narrow spiral staircase with no railing to a hot as heck room… don’t stay here.
