Lovely place and great location right off the square! Clean, well stocked, and nice set up for our family group!

Location is excellent. Good storage for clothes and cooking facilities were good with new fridges , ovens and hob.Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well .There is plenty of sightseeing on your doorstep with a huge choice of restaurants nearby.
Water pressure was very low and varied day to day . The apartment felt quite worn and grubby in places .Upstairs showers looked very used and not very clean . Sitting area sofas appeared worn and not particularly well maintained - so not very inviting to sit down.
As it is in the centre of the town the apartment gets a lot of people noise from 8AM to 11pm - to be expected but as it’s close to many restaurants it did attract a lot of cooking smells in peak hours .

-Very well-located property, literally a few steps away from Piazza Archimede; very central in Ortigia and walking distance from everything.
-Great communication with host. Matteo was very helpful in guiding our self-check-in; made parking suggestions and gave us superb restaurant recommendations.
-Property was spotless.
-Well equipped, modern kitchen (including washing machine) and bedrooms with extra blankets.
-The property is a well thought and tasteful modernization of a historic building. Space is generous, albeit particular. You get little daylight. The second bedroom has limited privacy and a very low ceiling. It worked out well for us, a family of five. Probably not the best choice for a pair of couples.
