The apartment was right in the heart of Ortigia on a pedestrian street. The apartment itself is huge with wonderfully high ceilings, and had all the facilities needed for our stay, including aircon. Check-in was easy - we got keys from a safety box. The owner kept in touch to check that we got in ok, and everything was fine.
Bed is the master bedroom was a bit lumpy.
