We had a wonderful stay at Anjum Hotel. The entire experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Bilal from the housekeeping team. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend Anjum Hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Hotel was really great. Great location. Breakfast was okay too. There’s construction going on behind the city view rooms that starts 6am and can be very loud for light sleepers.

One of the best choice for staying during umrah in makkah near haram. Definitely will choose it again. Breakfast very good, lot of variety, rooms are clean, room service 👌.

Even though I arrived after midnight the agent was professional and friendly and gave a room then I went upstairs. I was surprised when I entered the room it was an upgrade that I didn’t expect. I wanted to thank him a lot for that beautiful gesture after long long trip from New York and that I almost lost my phone at the airport however the taxi returned me after driving 50 kilometers and I found my cellphone. That’s the beauty of Saudi Arabia . Imagine if loosing a cellphone some other country and driving away 50 kilometers and returning most likely it’s gone. I wish migrating from the US to live in Makkah or Madinah.
