From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The reception team was exceptional—kind, professional, attentive, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They made check-in and check-out effortless and were always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their outstanding hospitality truly made a difference throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, the location was perfect, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and respectful. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Location, comfort, all the staff was very helping and very polite. Specially Mr Rayed, Mr Sultan on reception and Mr Kausar, Mr Musharaf and M Ali (house keeping) and brothers at welcoming drinks( serving Saudi Coffee and tea) and phone attendants ( cant remember their names) They all mad our stay excellent. We were happy to see complimentary fruit plate in our room on arrival and later on coffee flask this made us all fresh. Check in was very fast, saved our time.

Only issue is parking in the hotel as its very expensive ( 115 S.Riyal / night. I parked for 1 night and second day parked near the hotel ( 5 minutes drive from the hotel ( free parking near Adib petrol pump on AlMansour Road.

كانت إقامتي في فندق تلال جبل الكعبة بمكة المكرمة تجربة مميزة بكل المقاييس؛ فقد وجدت مستوىً عالياً من الراحة، والنظافة، وحسن التنظيم، مع قربٍ يسهّل على الزائر أداء عباداته بكل يسر وطمأنينة خصوصا مع التوسعة الجديدة . ويستحق طاقم الفندق كل الشكر والتقدير، وأخص بالذكر الأخت الفاضلة عزة السنوسي، التي قدمت نموذجاً مشرفاً في الاحترافية وحسن التعامل. فقد كانت متابعتها للضيوف استثنائية، وحرصها على تلبية احتياجاتهم سريعاً، ورقي أسلوبها، مما ترك أثراً طيباً ، وجعلت الإقامة أكثر راحة وتميزاً. والشكر للاخ عبدالمجيد على ابتسامته الدائمة للضيوف وحسن التعامل معهم كل الشكر لإدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى الراقي من الخدمة، مع خالص الدعاء لهم بدوام التوفيق والنجاح، وأوصي بكل ثقة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لكل زائر لمكة المكرمة My stay at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel in Makkah was truly exceptional in every aspect. The hotel offers outstanding comfort, impeccable cleanliness, excellent organization, and a convenient location that makes it easy for guests to perform their worship with peace of mind specially with the new haram expansion. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team, with special thanks to Ms. Izza Al-Senussi for her remarkable professionalism and exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. Her attentive follow-up, prompt response to every request, warm hospitality, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. And thanks to Mr A Majeed for his kindness to all guests. My heartfelt thanks to the hotel management for maintaining such a high standard of service. I highly recommend Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel to anyone visiting the Holy City of Makkah, and I wish the entire team continued success and excellence.

I wish more variety items in breakfast and more be more organized and more space in breakfast area.
