Al Safwah Hotel First Tower 1

Closeness to Haram

Nothing

Location is near our needs. The living room is spacious. All amenities besides hotel facilities are below the hotel lobby.

The bath is small and poorly planned. Water comes out through the glass door, and the floor in the basin becomes soaked. The hotel is above the busy Al Safwa market, and I had to reach the hotel through the market. The taxi/car couldn't reach the hotel during peak time, so I had to cross the road and find a taxi to the airport. Moreover, most of the staff at the reception need to be more conversant in communication of English, which makes it difficult for non-Arabic people.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al Safwah Hotel First Tower 1. Everything about this hotel was brilliant, from the amazing food to the incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The location was perfect, being so close to Masjid al-Haram, which made my stay even more enjoyable and convenient. My room was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and exceptionally quiet. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Juwel, who was responsible for cleaning and looking after my room. He did an outstanding job, always making sure my room was spotless, tidy and well taken care of. His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail really stood out to me. I am extremely grateful for his hard work, and I hope the hotel management recognises what a wonderful member of staff he is. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so comfortable and memorable.
