One of the best hotels I have ever visited! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful hotel and excellent service to the amazing hospitality.
A special thank you to the reception team louay,sultan, mostafa and salah for being so friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Mohamed, Mouhamed, and Riyad, for always being helpful and responsive.
The restaurant team abdurahman mostafa and yasser, were fantastic, friendly, and professional, the food was good. A big thank you as well to Mazen, zakaria and mohamed the buggy drivers for their kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service.
The driver to airport Abu-mouadh was so profisionl and highly skilled driver, I recommend to contact him for pickup from airport also.
I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!
