Karena lokasi hotel yang cukup curam dan melelahkan untuk jamaah yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik, hotel menyediakan shuttle golf car dari dan menuju jalan terdekat ke masjidil haram. Hotel selalu menyediakan kopi, teh dan air minum gratis di lobby.

This hotel is located on a hill, but there is no need to worry as a buggy service is provided to transport guests up and down the hill to and from Masjid al-Haram. Be sure to make use of this convenient service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Complimentary coffee and delicious karak tea are available and highly appreciated by guests. There is also a restaurant within the hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Syarifuddin, who prepares a very delicious omelet. It is definitely a must-try! Overall, our stay at Elaf Al Maqam Hotel was excellent, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.
