    Me and my family stayed there for 4 days. Room was clean and the hotel staff was excellent. From the receptionist, doorman, buffet managers and servers everyone. Specially the room service person named “Mr. Israfil”. He took care of us and our room. I would recommend this hotel for your Makkah stay, around 5 mins walk to the haram sharif. ধন্যবাদ ।

    The hotel is rally clean, very close to the haram and the food is delicious with different options daily. Fawzi was really helpful.

    We had a comfortable stay at Le Méridien Makkah, and for me, the location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The staff were also very cooperative and helpful, and I genuinely appreciated how they made our stay comfortable. I felt that the property has started to show its age and I think it would benefit from some refurbishment and modernization. My main disappointment was the breakfast experience. We went down at around 9:30 AM, with still an hour remaining before breakfast closed, but several of the dishes were already empty. We expected them to be replenished, but this wasn’t happening as we would have expected. What bothered me even more was seeing a waiter and his superior arguing in front of the guests. I personally found this quite uncomfortable and demeaning, and I don’t think such disagreements should be handled in front of guests, particularly in a hotel of this standing. Overall, I still had a reasonably comfortable stay, mainly because of the excellent location and the genuinely cooperative staff.

    The aircon was able to cool the room down to a nice temp despite the scorching 40C weather. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The vents were working properly so the air felt fresh, no cigs nor unpleasant odor. There was a speaker which played the call to prayer from the masjid al haram live. But there was an option to off it.
