Washroom size was really really small. And they should keep unscented hand wash in the toilet. I accidentally washed my hands with that hand wash when I was leaving for umrah. Complimentery Breakfast was also average. I could hardly eat anything.

First of all the location is the best thing as it is located in the clock tower inside Al haram and it also on top of a mall where you can buy all the souvenirs and you can find multiple restaurants, second surprisingly even tho they have a plethora of guest their service is very fast, it’s also very clean and I ordered food inside my room it was very delicious but a bit pricy
It didn’t have a bathtub, and it’s a bit pricy
