Staff could have been a bit more accommodating. For example. We booked two rooms and needed an extra bed which was declined. We had two connected doors one I f which did not stay open, we had to stick a luggage in it to keep it open. The bidet handle was not working well in one of the washrooms.

I was upgraded to the presidential suite, which was a nice surprise. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The hotel also offers a very convenient shuttle service to Masjid al-Haram. It runs regularly and drops you off at a great location, making it very easy to get back and forth. The lobby itself is also beautiful and gives a real five-star hotel atmosphere.

The room was a bit disappointing, especially considering it was a presidential suite. While the view was genuinely amazing, the suite itself felt quite old and not well updated. There were several basic amenities missing that you would normally expect at this level, such as bathrobes, enough sets of towels, and a proper fridge. The bathroom also had issues. After taking a shower, water spread across the bathroom floor, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the design, colors, and condition of the room felt outdated and did not match the quality and appearance of the hotel’s lobby.
