Great hotel with a very nice staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view from the deck. About a 5 min walk from the train station in the heart of the town. Food at the restaurant was very good.

We chose this location simply because we needed to break our journey. We were glad to have chosen the Hotel Mira; our room was fantastic – clean with a rustic appearance, with comfortable beds and a warm shower. Everything worked well, and we had a beautiful view from the window overlooking the main street.
The breakfast, which was included with the price of our room, had an ample choice of just about everything we could imagine for breakfast – bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, coffee and tea, juice, milk, cereal, etc.
The dinner – which was not included in our room price – was spectacular, and was one of the high points of our travels through Switzerland. We both had pork schnitzel with grilled potatoes, onions, and cabbage – simply excellent. The good Swiss beer and dessert added to the pleasure of this dining experience.
We would be glad to stay here again if we are ever in the area.
