Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend to others to stay at this hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety and the food served by the restaurant in the evening was very good. The hotel has a lovely sun deck area with a hot tub, that also has shade if needed, and provides amazing views of the sunset.

The hotel is a quiet place to stay, with an easy bus stop next the hotel to take you to Zadar. Items to note - the private paid parking also requires a 30 euro deposit for the remote and there is no coffee, coffee pot or kettle in the room if you would like to have coffee in room before going down.

We had a lovely stay. Frank the front desk was nice as was the younger woman who worked in the kitchen and managed the front desk. The room we stayed in was a budget double bed. These are two separate beds pushed together. They were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I was really impressed, and it was so good! We had a rental car and I recommend that anyone trying to visit Zadar and stay at this hotel have one. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel (20 feet) but not sure how often it comes. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Zadar. There is a public beach nearby, about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, you can go swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. It is a skinnier beach, but it totally works.

A decent and lovely hotel, placed on a marvellous position in front of the sea. However I suffered what I think it was a bad linen service, as sheets and pillows seemed to me rather old and dusty. Maybe just my impression. Nice breakfast on the sea view terrace

Perfect quiet location next to sea ! Comfortable rooms beds with a balcony side view of sea . Lovely terrace on 2nd floor with hot tub loungers chairs and cover from sun on half of it . Views are amazing as there is a glass balustrade all round . We had a car but there is a regular number 8 bus takes you straight into old town Zadar . Staff were very welcoming , pleasant and helpful too .

As well my girlfriend (Croatia) asked the waiter about the name of the island in front of the hotel. He answered her back in Croatian and said she should go back to school if she didn’t know the name.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Delfin. Our flight arrived early and of course check-in starts at 3pm but the manager asked the house keepers to make our room priority and we were able to check in by 11am. The service was phenomenal from check-in until we checked out. We dine at the hotel Delfin's restaurant for dinner and the service as well as the food was superb. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. We had to adjust the temperature because it gets really cold, which is AWESOME! I love that the hotel is literally located across the street from the beach and have an amazing sundeck with a hot tub and loungers to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever will return to Zadar in the future.

It was a bonus to have the bus stop right outside the hotel on the little quiet road that runs along the sea front, which made it easy to get into the historic city. Its v quiet at the immediate location, but there are bus stops directly outside the hotel taking you into the city of Zardar and its main bus station which connects to other cities in Croatia, or off in the other direction to the local village. I was only there 3 days so didnt explore so much. Initially I was there alone and felt v comfortable - its great to find a place where they know how to treat the lone traveller as well as the groups...

Hotel delfin is located outside the old city of Zadar with easy public bus access, #8. The hotel staff are helpful and well informed. They provided us with good advice to make our visit more enjoyable. The room was comfortable. The dining room has a stunning view on the Adriatic. We enjoyed our stay.
