Loved the afternoon reception, and the morning breakfast was wonderful. Very close to everything. Was not happy that we asked for twin beds and here told to separate them ourselves because the housekeeping has left for the day . Then we asked for another blanket and was told the same thing. But beautiful hotel

The only hotel I’ve encountered who describe rooms on the first floor as having a “city view”, and a double bed as being 2 twin mattresses on top of a double base. When questioned the response was ( I paraphrase) first come first served. Despite my daughter checking in mid afternoon. Dishonest and false advertising. I know this hotel responds to reviews so I’m fully expecting at best “ sorry to disappoint”, which is a euphemism for talk to the hand. If you value a proper double bed and being away from the street, avoid this hotel,

Excellent and very centrally located hotel in Antwerp. We originally booked the executive suite at the top level with amazing windows and patio, however it gets very very hot and almost too hot to sleep in at night. After a couple days, we've finally caved and moved downstairs to a way more comfortable room, with a nice little private sauna and equally as beautiful view.

Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, except for the nice man running the happy hour, could all use a refresher course in "hospitality"

Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Good times for checking in and out, great facilities in the room but could do with some additional surfaces. Great large shower and bed. Nice toiletries. Good range of tv channels. Would have liked a safe that could fit a laptop and the scent that’s pumped through the corridors is pretty strong. Would likely book this again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, Happy Hour is great and something we looked forward to daily, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel’s location made sightseeing very easy… it was our favorite hotel of the Belgium trip! 😃

This hotel would be simply amazing if it were clean! Our room clearly has not been properly cleaned in a white. The bath/shower had stains in it, there was dust on the night stands and when cleaning came the next day they did not wash/replace our coffee cups. It is a shame because otherwise this property would have received a 5-star rating from me.

Slept with two twin beds and they were not supportive at all. Woke up with back pain by second day and very impossible to sit on. The tub was stained and there is no laundry available although listed on the property. There was a laundromat down the street though. Not a lot of room for toiletries if travelling with more than one person and breakfast was okay but the least favorite of all of our stays during this trip. The location is wonderful for shopping.

Great hotel however the check in process was one of the worst experiences I have ever had whilst travelling. We arrived at 2pm to pick our bags up and wait in the lobby for check in at 3. We was then told room was not ready but to take a seat and they would be over to let us know when the room was ready. Little to our knowledge this was the case for most rooms and a queue that stretched into the street had formed. I rejoined the queue at 4pm however people who had also been waited jumped the queue. Staff had zero idea how to handle a busy situation. Checkout at 12pm I will assume will be the issue as it leaves house keeping only 3 hours to clean all rooms. Thankfully at 16:15 we finally got our key and we could go to our room which left little time to get ready as we had plans.

Amazing staff & grounds. Centrally located, spotlessly clean. I would mention, though, that the street facing suites can be noisy during all hours of the night, but, I would definately stay here again. Did I mention gow great the staff is?

Great location, beautiful interior and comfortable rooms but the real highlight was the incredible service from Johan. Amazing welcomer, restaurant and bar recommender, fashionista all done with warmth and a smile. This guy is the life of soul of this very unique hotel. Any thing that we needed for our stay he arranged, including giving us the one room with a private sauna that the hotel has. This is the only place that I will stay when I return to Antwerp.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, modern hotel in a very central location with good value breakfast. In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. Will definitely use this hotel on my futureAntwerp visits.

Amazing location in Antwerp with easy walkable access to the old town and Christmas markets. Our room had a balcony and gas log fire which offered great ambience and quickly warmed the room. Some small cosmetic issues but overall a very pleasant stay and an enjoyable free drinks and nibbles time each evening.

The room is a bit run down. The bathroom is in terrible crumby condition. The fireplace did not work. Staff fixed it though. Ran out of white wine at 5pm during a 4 hour happy hour and. O one was there. The breakfast staff were amazing and friendly though. Also the balcony door handle fell off.

Had difficulties checking in. Arrived at 10pm to find the front desk deserted. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby, even ringing the bell and checking behind in the staff room. We decided to head out and come back later to try again. On our return the front door was locked and we were stuck out in the rain. We rang the doorbell but no response. We eventually figured out how to call the hotel, while still out in the rain. Front desk finally came out to answer the phone and saw us. She was apologetic and said that the front doorbell doesn't work. Could not provide an answer why nobody was around when we first arrived.

Great and helpful staff, room was clean. The only issue was with parking. That the hotel doesn't have any deal with parking garages so the guest that pays almost 250 euros a night would get a reduced price for parking. Would be nice to have that for sure.

Hotel was nicely positioned and friendly staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not yet operational, of which we were aware, but the rooms, even with a fan, were overly warm. Really nice touch is the free aperitives late afternoon.
