Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing!
The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. The service and communication was very good, friendly and easy. Also the procedure to checkin and checkout and to get into the accommodation.
The location is perfect for walking around to explore Arsenale and San Marco area by foot, transport (Vaporetto, Alilaguna) nearby, restaurants and shops too. A very good place to stay if you want to avoid too much tourism traffic.
You should go to Bar Calice for a sundowner or an Avocadotoast for breakfast at Nuova Perla or a Pizza, Pasta and a drink at the Wine Bar close to Casa Favaretto.

Most things were great. However, breakfast that was advertised did not appear. The directions for finding the property and opening the second door were confusing. I was putting in code to lock box instead or screen beside the door.

Fantastic family run guest house with a lovely vibe. Great for a solo traveller. Loved the snacks and fridge space.
