Apartment is located within walking distance to San Marco and the rest of most famous architect. buildings.
The stairs leading to apartment are very narrow and become spiral at front of entry door; very dangerous. I dont recommend it for middle age and size xl persons.There was nothing I consider basic supply: no coffee, no tea bags, no sugar, no salt. I would also ask to add a couple of coat hooks in bedrooms( no wardrobes) and bathroom. Besides this it is nice, clean apartment in quiet typical Venetian street. I spent there 3 nights with party of 4 and recommend it for rather younger visitors.

Location was good, had a laundry and all amenities worked. Apartment and stairs were dirty.
