Wonderful experience in a beautiful building with so much history. Enjoyed our perfect cocktails made by Carlo sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal at sunset. Idyllic! Lovely room. Great staff!

Great location. Stayed in the Suite Aurora, an exceptionally quiet and comfortable lodging. Cristina, Fernando, and the rest of the staff we interacted with during our 5-night stay provided outstanding hospitality and service. Dined at the small in-house restaurant. Elaborate and intimate setting with excellent food (best of five restaurants we sampled during our stay). The gentleman who served us (forgot his name) was highly professional and knowledgeable in both food and wine. Would definitely stay again.
