Great location. Stayed in the Suite Aurora, an exceptionally quiet and comfortable lodging. Cristina, Fernando, and the rest of the staff we interacted with during our 5-night stay provided outstanding hospitality and service. Dined at the small in-house restaurant. Elaborate and intimate setting with excellent food (best of five restaurants we sampled during our stay). The gentleman who served us (forgot his name) was highly professional and knowledgeable in both food and wine. Would definitely stay again.

We requested a room with two twin beds which they didn’t have at the time so they upgraded us to a sweet that had two rooms each with a queen bed. FREE OF CHARGE. The room was spotless and very spacious with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast hall is breathtaking it really feels like the inside of a palace.Highly recommend this hotel

If you enjoy history, Palaces and want to experience the grandeur of how the privileged of the day lived, this is a great place to stay on the Grand Canal. From silk lined walls, a fabulous carved ceiling in the bar and the most stunning chandelier that fills the high ceiling space of the breakfast room right down to the beautiful coffee cups that hold your morning cappuccino, it's all beautifully done. As you can tell I really enjoyed the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dining there. The food, wine and service was again very good. My Canaletto suite was in the adjoining Palazzo Foscolo and up four flights of stairs. It was at the back of the hotel with no views, but it was however, very spacious, well appointed, clean and fairly quiet. I was very comfortable. The best thing for me were that the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Mamud carried my case up and down said stairs and helped me on and off the Aqua Alta platforms. I stayed in November during a full waxing moon so tides were high, but it cleared quickly. The breakfast again was good and plenty of choice. Fruit, cold meats, cheese, eggs and lovely fresh bread and coffee. There was also the usual cereals both healthy and not! I sat in the middle floor Salon savouring the delights of the Grand Canal early evening. The big windows were wide open and it was lovely watching the World sail past. However, if Mosquitos have a taste for you, pack protection as they bite through clothes.

This hotel is a very old building. As a matter of fact it is on a tilt. NO elevator, that was awful as we had to walk up 4 flights to our room. Room was specious and clean, but on a tilt. The shower was the smallest I have ever used in my life! Front desk person, did not get her name, was helpful in securing our water taxi upon leaving. No bar and no food in this hotel. Convenient to walk to St Marks and shopping and dinning.

Wonderfully spacious suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a large sitting area in main bedroom. Fantastic views from our suite ( Salute) of Salute church and Guggenheim just opposite. Quiet square but 10 minutes wark to St Marks. Right by Accademia bridge to cross Grand Canal

Very difficult to find this classic facility. Signage is poor and you will have a challenge getting to the door unless on a water taxi. We had to walk because Venice Filmfest had zero taxis available. Hope you pack light because no elevator and our suite was up many, many steps. Once up the charm took over and views if near the water are exceptional. Didnt try the food there but overall it had what we came for.

I enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very nice. The first night there was a big party upstairs with extremely loud music until 1 o’clock in the morning so it was very difficult to sleep and I’ve been traveling all day when I addressed this with the staff, they just said Well we have events all the time. I liked the room very much.

9/6/2025 Terrible! Took advantage to my not speaking g the language and had the water taxi drop me off at the wrong location. Had to spend another $75 euros on top of $80 euros to get to the right place. The photos are better than the actual place. It’s old and the area around it is under construction. Would not recommend or return.

Excellent pripertyvall around. Being 6'4" had an issue with the ceiling heights in the room. Going thru doors and n the bathroom was a head bumper. But for a couple of niights was no big deal.

Don't believe the pictures on their website, misleading. Place needs a total overhaul. We stayed during summer in the presidential suite and roasted in our room, it was cooler outside. On a number of occasions I went reception to complain, said they would call someone to look, then said he came at 4 pm, which was impossible as I was in the room. Then staff said they went into room and was ok. I should them the temp app on phone at 11 pm and it was 29 Celsius. I asked to see manager, he isn't here, when will he be, don't know, can you call him, no. The worst service in an alleging high end hotel. On top of that, my son and I ate in the restaurant and both were unwell the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE, not up to level they assume and service is terrible, don't waste your money.

The most magical hotel i’ve ever stayed in. We got the canal suite and it was well worth the money, huge, stunning, the views of the canal were breathtaking and the suite was massive with historical charm! Only thing missing was robes in the room. 10/10 will be back!!!!

Nice two room hotel suite perfect for a family traveling with kids. Shutters closed up and got the room super dark at night to get good sleep. Air conditioner did not really work in the kids room so we had to leave their door open so the air could circulate. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had so many yummy options for everyone in our family. We pre-arranged for a water taxi (on Viator) from the airport direct to the hotel to arrive and another water taxi from hotel to the train station for departure and both arrived on time. Overall would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Palazzetto Pisani❤️. Elegant, old palace style. Staff service was perfect. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect stay. Hotel food was excellent. Gondalier nearby, Mathew, gave a wonderful evening gondola tour and his singing voice was operatic. In a score of 1 - 10 we giv red Palazetto Pisani and Mathew a 20 ❤️❤️

This room was not what we booked. When we checked in the older gentleman was not friendly at all and keep repeating that we booked through Expedia. The room I booked had a bigger bathroom and a decorative non working fireplace. The room they gave me the shower was 2ft X 2ft and the bathroom was extremely small. The closet space smelled so bad that I left my clothes in the suitcase. DO NOT SAY HERE!!!

On the canal with a great salon where the hotel provided Orosecco to their guests. The room was very spacious and although there was not an elevator the decor and stairs to our room was beautiful. The service was incredible and the breakfast was quite good.

Very Old hotel which does have a charm to it but our bathroom had a very foul odor coming from it. It was also a bit misleading that I asked for a taxi between the airport and they had confirmed via Expedia chat come to find that there is no way other than a water boat which was very expensive. It was never specified other than “taxi”

This is an amazing hotel for exploring Venice, to be able to take time out during the day to relax was just what we needed. We also left our bags pre / after check in / out which made further exploration easier. The view of the canal, the sounds, the smell of the ocean all bonuses. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

The rooms are very old and does not have a fan or A/C. We traveled in January but the room was very Hot when we arrived. The only way to cool it down was open window and then it was Very Noisy. The garbage boat arrived early in the AM. It is not a handicapped accessible hotel. Lots of stairs. We had to switch rooms after night one because the shower drain was clogged and could not be fixed quickly. Entry into the Hotel by water taxi was great but when arriving by land it is very dark and in an area with limited people traffic and it felt a bit unsafe. This property does have easy access to many of the popular sights of Venice. Food and Drinks were great. Staff was also nice, but at times they were hard to reach. The price was good but, I would not stay here again.

I did find the room a little cold, my husband found it hot! But the room was gorgeous. We stayed in the deluxe conte. It had a lounge area, the bathroom was huge. Fantastic shower - the room also has wardrobes / hob / sink tucked away. I would stay here again. The breakfast was also very tasty and all staff we met were very friendly. It made our first time in Venice really special. The location was also perfect.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly which was fine however the overall experience was poor. Breakfast was 18€ per person which is ridiculous considering you can find much cheaper options not even a 5 minute walk away. The room was ok. Smelt “old” and was very poorly laid out. The washroom had a shower that was protruding into the bedroom and was completely exposed to the window across from it. Not only that but it someone walked in front of it while someone else was using the toilet you’d get a full view. Just seems like poor planning.
