If you’re a family, I recommend you stay away from this place. This is bed and breakfast suitable for single person or a couple who are interested in hiking. The host person is generally nice but speaks no English whatsoever and it’s very difficult to communicate with him. The place is difficult to get to and if you have a car is very narrow entry for parking. The bathroom is almost a closet’s room, with the showerhead extending almost over the basin and you will hit your head against the mirror while trying to sit on the toilet (I’m not even that tall). There is no extractor fan hence the smell was spreading into the room. There is a bathroom window which is high up they and if kept open you would be infested by mosquitoes in the summer. The furniture is old and dated. Breakfast provided was laughable with very limited options and you’d rather get sales own from the supermarket. I guess one could say that one positive thing is the Aircondition unit in the room. You will find way better accommodation closer to Florence with better facilities and even cheaper price. I left after one night. Hotels.com, we were very helpful in getting some refund which was initially refused by the host.

Owner sent she has a reservation for 4 people for today I would like to know if it is confirmed and at what time you arrive. at 12:07 a.m. asking when we would arrive. Then at 10:07 sends a cancelation notice while we are driving to the hotel and unavailable to be contacted. Upon arrival, he claims the room has had an unspecified problem for 3 days. Why did he send a message asking when we were going to arrive if the room wasnt available! If he canceled agt 12:07 a.m., we could have used the Internet VoIP to change our reservation. This is a B&B and the family that was already there was suprised when we walked in. I think the owner canceled our reservation with no-notice to make room for someone else staying longer. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Family orientated b& b, - speak only Italian but very friendly.Room size ok for 4. Condition ok, but found some ants in bed. Simple bathroom with primitive shower but good bathroom and shower downstairs. Good personal breakfast with homemade bruschetta & quiche. Good mocation to tram to visit Florence easily.

I have traveled with my family, this place has been the best place in all my trip, the couple were so kind and helpful, when we arrive we couldn't find the address, we called them and they pick us up, the house is a beautiful place, the area is calm and quite to relax, it is very near to Florence only 15 minutes from the main station by tram. Really I am thinking to go back When I visit again Florence. I recommend it 100 per cent.

The b&b was a terrible~i reserved that 4 monthes ago but he didnt prepared at that time and i reserved room including bath room. But the bath was not included and the host said if i dont agree, go another hotel?? I have never been such hotel!!

Convenient to Florence with good breakfast buffet, air conditioning and Internet. Nicely decorated. Quiet surroundings BUT take cash only and do not state this up front, causing great inconvenience.

This was a beautiful and peaceful countryside hotel. The views were great and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The only disadvantage was finding the hotel but once we found it their was no problem.

Of course the bathroom is super tiny, very European. There is a big backyard with a swing and a slide for the kids. It's quite aways out of Florence but it's close to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic and they had a high chair for our baby which was nice.
