    Awesome summer special rate. Perfect location for when attending the brunch on a Saturday. Brunch ran low on food in some areas a few hours out from finish. Drinks were top shelf and flowing freely.

    Last June 23, we even barely completed our first night when the tension from their neighboring countries heightened. We packed-up immediately and discussed this with their front desk. They all gladly allowed us to not use our remaining nights for our safety, so we booked the next flight out from Dubai as airspaces were being closed and flights were being cancelled. When we were back in Manila. We were following-up for the refund but suddenly they were denying the refund. The property said that they were not affected by the growing tension of their neighboring countries. The exact opposite of what the front desk mentioned to us. We even escalated this to both their manager and Agoda but it all failed. It was clear that they never cared for our safety, not even compensation nor credit to be used in the future were given. We were just completely dismissed. Agoda was pushing us to speak with the property and the property was telling us to speak with Agoda. It was a bad roller coaster ride, we were tossed in different directions and we're asked to speak with different people - very stressful and mentally draining. This is such a bad experience, you would not want to be in the middle of nations having tension but the worst part was, they all just didn't care. NEVER AGAIN!
