We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a very well-maintained hotel in a perfect location. The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful (loved the included mimosas!). The hotel’s restaurant was very good (we ate there for dinner 3 times; easy to get a table and delicious food after long days). Special shout out to Paola at the restaurant-so friendly, lively … she really made us feel so welcome. The only current downside is that hotel’s shuttle is out of service. We were unable to get a taxi or Uber to the train station at checkout (even though we ordered a taxi the day before with the concierge and confirmed the reservation twice). We had to make a mad dash on foot with large bags to catch our train. So be aware you will be on your own to get to/from train station. For the high room rates, the hotel should make other accommodations for its guests (or at least make them aware that transportation is not available).

Incredibly nice and professional staff. Comfortable and spacious classic room. Loved that the Cipressi Gardens came with the room, as well as little touches throughout the stay (prosecco, candy). Wonderful!

The shower was dangerously slick however it was rectified with a call. Hotel personnel quite compi Pizza place not so much and their food was below expect

We stayed here recently for 1 night and the staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel which were both exquisite. The room was brilliant with a lovely view of the lake. We will be returning. Cannot recommend enough.
