    The Gallivant is a wonderful place to stay in New York, especially for its price and central location. The staff was excellent and I felt welcomed for my whole stay. Rooms were clean, stocked and well arranged. The only issue is that housekeeping does knock on the door too early in the morning. Other than that, I would highly recommend the Gallivant to anyone visiting New York.

    Once I arrived after paying for my double double booking, the hotel informed me that AGODA isn’t authorized to sell the room with 2 double beds. Me and my 6’4 friend had to share a bed, and we were told to take our problems up with the third party company we booked through. Will never use Agoda again

    The hotel charge me $500 is an additional deposit have I checked out and I don’t smoke or do anything. I left the room exactly as I found it. These people are thieves. I’ve stayed here many times before this is very not the first time they’ve charged my card and exorbitant deposit fee after I checked out.
