The filthiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my life .

Room was average, I'm from the state capital so the Quality Inn's that i normally stay at are alot different from this one. I only needed the room to dleep as i was in town to visit family. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on my desk. I had no food out at all. That was definitely a first for me while staying at a hotel, so i was a bit surprised.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. I’m very surprised that Expedia recommends this place on their app. Expedia might want to reconsider listing this Quality Inn. If you really care about my review, send someone out here to check it out.

The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I used in the bathroom worked well. The swimming pool area was open but not lit when I swam laps in the evening. There was enough light from nearby parking lots so I was fine with that. As part of the hotel there is an Indian restaurant run by the staff. I got some spicy chicken takeout and ate it in my room. It was quite good. I would stay here again.

Other hotels were completely full, which should have warned me. Moldy odor in room. Deadbolt to lock door did not work. Sink was inside the room, not in the bathroom area. Hairdryer only got hot and did not blow out air. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were attached to the shower wall so high as to be almost out of reach (I am 5’3”). Worst of all was a fight outside my room at night involving a man and a woman, he pushed her into a chair, she slapped him, he punched her, he took her cell phone, etc. which took hotel staff and authorities a while to sort out. Breakfast was poor. Juice machine was broken, and waffle batter was mixed so thin that it ran out of the pan and the waffles were more like crepes in texture. I would not stay here again and you shouldn’t either.

The nicest people and service. The best part of the whole stay was the incredible Indian restaurant attached. The restaurant served authentic Indian food and the owner (female) made you feel like you were the most special person in the world. Great place for a quick overnight trip to shower and pass out and get up to do it all over again. Definitely need renovations and clean up a tad.

I was extremely upset with my stay. Poor cleanliness, the blankets and sheets had filthy stains all over, like they hadn't been washed. I was receiving numerous prank calls throughout the night, which were disturbing my sleep and made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, someone showed up at my door intoxicated, trying to enter my room, and was knocking repeatedly, which made me feel even more uncomfortable to the point that I did not get any sleep at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I knew by the price I wasn’t going to be in a Ritz Carlton, but this place was disgusting. It stunk very bad in there. I said something to the woman at the checkout desk and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and gave me a dirty look. There was a man also in the lobby who backed me up and said oh no this place smells very strong of odor and the attendance still would not admit the smell. And the bed was very uncomfortable. I am positive. That room was not cleaned. There is no way, but I am still grateful.

We looked for a place that was convenient to stay overnight while making a roadtrip. We were hopeful about this property given the positive reviews, but disappointed in the experience. While on our way, we were contacted by the property asking when we would arrive. Upon checking, the property does appear older (expected with reviews), but there was noticeable issues with upkeep (exposed piping in hallways, ripped carpet, chipped paint, etc). The room had stained sheets and shower curtain. When asked if there was other vacant, we were told they were sold out and offered to bring new sheets. Staff delivered a fitted sheet to the room, which was clean(er) but also ripped. We also were given the sheet to replace on the bed ourselves. The light in the bathroom flickered when opening/closing the door. The breakfast offered was also underwhelming (broken juice machine and microwaveable egg sandwiches in a fridge). There was a waffle iron, cereal, and coffee dispenser, but overall not enough for a solid breakfast and we stopped elsewhere for more food. The best part about this location is the convenience of prodigy to the highway, gas stations, and other food.

There was no lock on the door. At some point someone pried the door open with a crow bar and busted the lock off the door. The door to the adjacent room was open and there was no lock on that door either. We felt very unsafe as there were no locks on either door and a flood of truckers staying there. The room had black scuff marks on the walls. The room smelled stale and stagnant and the window wouldn't open to air the room. They advertised a hot breakfast, but it was a continental breakfast. The only thing hot was a waffle. Clearly falsely advertised. We only stayed 2 nights and made arrangements the first day to vacate to another place. Very disappointed!!

The room was decent! The lobby, hallways and stairwell left much to be desired. There also didn’t appear to be an elevator. We also had to request soap for washing our hands in our own room. Very odd. But again, the room itself was decent!

The public areas and my room were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the room needed work: the sink spout was loose, the A/C heat unit's control cover was broken, the switch on the coffee maker did not work properly, the toilet occasionally made a "thumping" sound, one of the light bulbs was burned out on the bedside lamp, the battery cover on the TV remote kept falling off. This was my first stay at a Quality Inn. I guess there are many degrees of quality. I wasn't really too disappointed. I may consider giving Quality Inn another try in future.
