The Bed was comfortable

During the night someone tried to break in the room through the window, we were on the back end of the property.We had left the heater on during the night it was very hot when we awoke, my husband went to crack the window and seen the screen had been cut, lots of. hand and fingerprints on the window where they had tried to push it open, a lot of footprints outside the window as well with a fresh snow from the night. We went to check out I advised the gentleman he needed to check his cameras,he told me no cameras in the back. We had to leave to catch our flight in Akron. I have called several times to speak to manager/owner about this and never got a return call from anyone.

The pool was a great temperature. Breakfast was nice. The walk in shower was a nice design.

Mattress felt a little old, definitely wanting to pull us into the middle. However, they're going through a remodel, so it probably is going to be replaced.

It was convenient

Cockroaches, smell of room.

The bed was broken so we got little to no sleep. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom had an odd odor and the shower floor had large black scuffs all over. The toilet moved a lot and was difficult to flush.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with my family. I mean hotels with a similar price per night. The hotel is very dirty everywhere, starting with the reception. The floor could do with a sweep, not to mention cleaning the carpet. There is a terrible smell everywhere—in the lobby, in the room. The photo of the room I booked looks completely different. The curtains in the room are dirty, the bedding is dirty, unironed, and stained. The pillows are long overdue for replacement, the filling inside is clumped together, and it was difficult to sleep. I didn't even want to check if they were clean, so as not to be even more disappointed. I was with my children, I booked and arrived very late, the children were tired, so I didn't want to tire them even more by looking for another place. And I decided to stay there. However, my husband couldn't stay in this room and after 2 hours he got up and went to sleep in the car. We didn't have breakfast because it was dirty there too. I don't understand who wrote all those positive reviews.
