Great location.

Parking lot noise of truckers and others chatting. Late arrivals and early morning departures made a sleepless night. Parking lot light prevented the room darkness. People in hallways at all hours of the night. Not worth my money. Very poor choice. The mattress is lumpy, needs replacement. Breakfast was great.

The bedding is horrible. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Blankets were paper thin. Outside door should have had card entry but wasn’t. Anyone could come in as they pleased without being secured.

I feel harassed.

Nothing! I was treated rudely.

Everything. The owner insinuated I was “having too many guests” simply because my niece came to visit me one day, my brother the next, and I requested an extra pillow for myself. He watched my kids like a hawk at breakfast, and staff banged on my door even with the DND sign on. There is no policy about guests (I’ve checked their website and asked for physical proof) and it is not against the law. I will never give them my money again. The room and hallways smell and the carpet is sticky.

My stay was a good value and everything you needed was on the property or nearby

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked and there were vending machines available. The laundry area was conveniently located and there was fitness equipment. Nice tv

I ran out of toilet paper there was only one roll and there were no spoons at breakfast so I ate cereal and yogurt with a fork.TV channel lists need to be updated tv was unplugged so I had to figure that out

Great value for the price for traveling on budget

It's a great value for the price. Has everything you need for a good night of sleep. Very nice hosts, helped me with rolling our wagon thru the small steps on the 1st floor. It has a decent gym and laundry (did not use). Everything was clean. Breakfast had fresh apples, yogurt, toasts, coffee etc. Coffee and hot water for tee are available anytime.

Lightning was minimal but enough to watch TV and go to sleep and move around the room. The only reason I even remember it because we took pictures of decorations above beds. My daughter always requests muffins for breakfast but there were none when we came, around 7:45-8am, not at the last moment. I saw other people eating muffins so it was gone, but it's not the real issue. Juice machine did not work but it's fine because overall it's a good value for the price, will stay again.

The beds were comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful.

We had 2 non smoking rooms but the hallway was overwhelmingly smokey. One room smelled like cat pee and both rooms still smelled of smoke. It's I grained in the sheets and towels- they smelled clean but with smoke. The floor in the bathroom was so slipper my daughter slid and broke her toe. The location was a little off the beaten path for a family imo also. The place was clean- yiu could tell they clean but it doesn't come clean anymore? It's in desperate need of updating.

It’s okay

It was a nice and quick stay for us in our way to Cleveland. The value was nice for the small amount of time we were there. Staff were accommodating - I made a reservation for a smoking room; however, I didn’t know until I called out to make them aware of our after arrival time. The woman graciously gave a nonsmoking room.

Our room did not smell like cigarettes; HOWEVER, our floor reeked of marijuanna a majority of the night. The bathroom wasn’t throughly cleaned - there was a huge ball of hair behind the door. The breakfast was…okay.

Only acceptable as a "pet friendly" hotel if you're a smoker.

The location was close to the highway. It was a plus that there was breakfast provided. The hotel provided an extra blanket for our daughter on request.

We requested a non-smoking, pet room, which was technically what we got. However, the pet rooms were located on the smoking floor. These were the only non-smoking rooms on that floor (there were 2 "non-smoking" signs on these doors, and I assume they other was also a pet room), and the entire floor including our room reeked of cigarettes. It was late when we got in after a long drive so we weren't interested in trying to find if there was another pet room option on a different floor. The A/C unit would only stay on for 5 minutes at a time, and every time it was on the cigarette smell increased. We weren't interested in moving ourselves, our dog and our daughter in the middle of the night so we didn't call the front desk for assistance, although again I'm not certain there was anywhere else they could have moved us with our dog.

Clean and affordable with basic comforts, but expect a poor breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and everything was clean, which we appreciated. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the non-smoking sign clearly posted on the door. That was unpleasant and hard to ignore. Another issue came up at check-in: our booking was for two adults and a 16-year-old child (clearly stated on Booking.com), but the front desk insisted on charging an extra fee for the third person. It took some back-and-forth to clarify the obvious, but eventually the issue was resolved. As for breakfast—very basic, even by low American standards. There were very few options, and definitely not something you'd look forward to. But then again, considering the low price, we didn’t expect much more. What we genuinely like about this category of budget hotels (part of major chains) is the reliably clean bed linens and towels—a small but important comfort.

Definitely could use some updated rooms, the cable stations absolutely sucked, very little channels like just bare minimum standard locals, pbs, fox. It was very difficult to find anything to watch. Even though they advertised cable with HBO so I'd DEFINITELY suggest taking a game console, fireside or anything else u have to be able to watch anything worthwhile, I ended up watching TV on my phone for my 2 night stay because of it.

I was first impressed that the lobby was very clean. The gentleman who registered me was clean, polite, friendly, welcoming, respectful. The room was very spotless clean. Bathroom was excellent. I had use of the handicapped, accessible room. Ideal size and logistically well done including wide doors, wide shower seat, handheld had three positions if wanted stationary heights, furniture was ample, lighting a nice soft light.

Just that I could'nt stay longer...oh I forgot to mention to the desk person...the office chair went low and I couldn't get it to stay up top level lol, I'm 5'4" and so what I did was put three bed pillows on the seat and it worked for me. Maybe not for others. There was another chair but I needed to do some paper work. Maybe a fix for that chair, or a new one from Staples...

I got a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly, bedding was good, wifi was fast and reliable, and the coffee was good.

The location is not great; it's close to an interstate highway with more road noise than at most similarly situated hotels. The breakfast was pretty sparse, with no hot items -- just bread and rolls, granola bars, two kinds of cereal, instant oatmeal, etc. (But, as I mentioned in another section, the coffee was good.)

The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

It had rained and there were soaked towels all over the floor in the hall. The comforter was scratchy and kinda yucky to touch. The A/C wouldn't work. He came and fixed it but it stopped working again. The bathroom sink plug wouldn't stay up so the water wouldn't drain. We used one of the shampoo bottles the hotel provides to prop it up so we could use it. If I would've paid $50-$60 total for the room I would've overlooked some of the things but when I'm paying $100+ these things are not acceptable.
