I got this place because they advertised a hot breakfast. Complete scam, it was literally a coffee pot and a toaster. Nothing else. I checked in one day and there was underwear laying on the sidewalk in front of the main door. When I checked out two days later it was still there.

Not super fancy to say the least. You can even rent a cheaper room with no TV. But overall for privacy of where to location is and pricing. It's hard to find a hotel that's decent on a weekend for 60 bucks

The tv remote did not work. Wanted to call front desk. There was no phone in the room. A lamp on the sink counter because the light above the mirror didn't work. Totally unsafe! A cloth left behind on side table. Stain on curtain and wall behind curtain. Staff at first was argumentative then seemed indifferent. My receipt showed I was not charged but my bank account was charged the full amount.

Arrived from out of state to a dark, dingy, dirty feeling room with no running water in our room (no toilet flushing, hand washing, cat water bowl etc.) called office, told “this happens sometimes on some sides of the wall.” (Yet I was still given this room.Whaat?) was then hung up on, called office -no answer. Walked to office to get new room. Daughter called me and water started gushing out faucets, it was “fixed”, or turned on I’m not sure what the issue there was. I Was then blocked in parking spot by other guests. Saw what appeared to be a cockroach making a run for my daughter’s donut. My daughters and I packed up at 930pm leaving before staying one of five nights. Management claims I did not notify them of any issues and claims I stayed all five days when I personally walked my key cards to the lobby desk and spoke to the owner who stated “yes” he understood what I was saying and promised to remedy this. Just book anywhere but here please and I’m not picky but paying to feel dirty and unsafe isn’t acceptable. loiterer outside hotel room door making loud phone calls as if his private phone booth, walking to lobby felt extremely unsafe with activity in parking lot. I could go on and on

No, no coffee for breakfast being out of order. I called the hotel and let. I got to the hotel in my mouth. The pool was not working and call the number in front of the staff the hotel operator or whoever the phone hung up on me.

Upon entering the lobby, I hadn’t previously mentioned I was traveling with a dog so I was asked to pay a pet fee of 20$ which wasn’t a problem and when I handed the guy my card he said no cash only I thought it was weird, I didn’t have cash so told him when I went to get dinner I would get him cash. I got checked in was given my key card to room 216 and was told it was on the second floor tower c and the guy gave me directions.Everything was dirty and wreaked of beer and cigarettes. I went outside to try to find the stairs to the second floor there was trash all over the place air conditioner parts scattered down the walkway. I continued walking and as I turned the corner there was a guy drugged out hanging out of his car unconscious. I immediately turned around and found the stair to the second floor which were covered in urine and vomit. When I finally got to my room I walked into what smelled of a bottle redemption center, I turned the ac on and walked into the bathroom to find the toilet disgusting, vomit in the bathtub. There were so many flies! This room was disgusting I didn’t feel physically safe. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund they said they couldn’t that I would have to dispute with Expedia and that they would start the refund process. I drove the 12 hours home rather than stay at this place. It’s been a week and I have not resolved the issue. Someone needs to figure this out! Expedia shame on you for even listing a property of this condition.

Visible gap in the door where daylight was visible, which meant the light was visible in the night to flying insects. Carpet was dirty, part of the baseboards were missing, holes in the bathroom walls from door handles.

First the first one we went to the rug stunk so bad. The TV was cracked with a remote that didn’t work for it and only one set of towels. I went to the manager and put a complaint in to change us to another room same thing rug stunk terrible smell And one set of towels for two people so I went back to the original room and got the towels they put in there for us and then it was all right plus we pay to go swimming in a pool. The pool is not down filled with water. They said it’s broken. It’s being fixed which they should’ve indicated when we were looking for a place to stay That’s it.

Property is dirty and in disrepair. Old couches and mattress in front of rooms. Safety latch on the door was broken. Stains on everything. The bathroom was okay but old and falling apart. Staff was friendly and nice.

The room was listed non-smoking. The bedding, all the fabrixs reeked of old smoke. No cups are supplied so you need to bring something with you if you want ro rinse your mouth. No coffee or tea in the room. The room was damp to the point of the inside of my shoes being damp in the morning. You could hear traffic all night.

They should not list that they have a pool, as it was half filled with dirty, murky water, unusable. The bathroom mirror was falling off of the wall, large tear in the comforter on one of the beds, horribly painted walls with yell paint all over the carpet as well. Tub was dirty with huge clump of hair nearly clogging the drain. Overall dirty, gross looking room. One positive note, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The room was a wonderful temperature for sleeping despite it being close to 90* and humid outside.

my shower had stains on it, there’s cigarette butts all over the place. I’m looking at an abandoned laundry cart just sitting in the pathway that I would use to walk to my car.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room was infested with gnats. We bought raid and had to spray constantly. The gap under the exterior door was large. The room smelled very bad. It was disgusting. When we arrived no one was around and the hotel phone was laying on the couch. We called and answered it. The continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and Frosted Flakes. I asked for cream for coffee and the guy told me I could use the gallon of milk that was sitting in a bowl of ice. The towels were rags and the bed was so uncomfortable. I was miserable and couldn’t wait to leave.

Room we reserved was not available. Room had a terrible smell, ants, bugs and spiders present in the room. 3 out of 4 electrical outlets did not work. Lights were old and showing signs of corrosion. We slept on top of the bed and were afraid to pull back the bed blankets. We could not get out of there fastest enough. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

What didn’t I like? I didn’t like seeing a bright GREEN pool that smelled, dirty walls and door, stained carpet, defective lamps and plugs. I could go on and on, but that would waste my time. What did I like? That there was a bed and a roof.
