The reviews of this hotel did not jive at all with what the hotel actually looked like. The floor in the elevator was in bad shape and the carpet in the hallways and in our room were badly stained. Upkeep of the room could have been better. The breakfast was marginal-my husband had a sausage patty that was as hard as a rock.

Was told there was a casino shuttle that was not try staff said hasn’t been a shuttle for 5 years. That was entire decision to book here.

breakfast, barely edible, Service none, 1 cookie left at 5pm and no more available. no recognition on arrival, refusal to five a receipt until other person came to correct and say I was paying on premisis and they could print me a receipt. Wow, so many other times and never these problems. totally dated facility but mos of the staff was friendly.

Pros: The staff was nice, the breakfast was ok. The beds were comfortable and clean. The towels were clean and nice. Cons: The carpet is worn, stained, & way overdue for replacement. The bathroom is also in desperate need of updating. The sink was cracked; the toilet seat was loose.

Nice and clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was below average. Arrived at 930am for breakfast that ended at 10am and there was next to nothing left. Asked if they could refill the waffle batter and they said it wasn't worth it for one or two more guests. Oatmeal was done, a few muffins and cereal left. Otherwise a nice spot.

Carpet in my room was stained in various areas. Elevator had laminated flooring that was damaged from water and was not the proper flooring for an elevator. Breakfast was dried out and I was there at 630am after it was put out at 6am. Coffee was good though.

First, all of the staff members we encountered were very professional, helpful, and nice. Now, the facility needs to be updated desperately. The rugs are stained everywhere. The walls in the rooms have marks and are dirty. The bathroom tub was dirty and the walls were dirty as well. I purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned the tub myself. Stairway rugs were so dirty and stained.

This was a great place to stay. Our last hotel was nothing to even comment about. This one made up for that. Our check in person was fantastic and very friendly.

The Room did not seem to be cleaned very well. The walls had significant dirt/stain build up on them. Not sure if the property is just older or if house keeping was having a bad stretch. Checked bed thoroughly as we always do for any unwanted friends. Glad to say didn't find anything suspicious however one of the beds had some crumbs in it still. There are plenty of other options in the area to stay. I advise doing so.

Good check-in. Very attentive and helpful desk clerk. The room reflects the rather dated and somewhat tired condition of the property. The heater had an annoying tick-tick-tick when it ran, not loud enough to keep us awake but annoying.
