It was very old looking… nothing up to date. The power went out during my stay. No phone in rooms… no WiFi, not clean at all!! There was no staff to help with any concerns.

The sheets was dirty the tub was dirty wasn't enough washcloth or towels two lamps didn't work no cable channels. And where he put me we couldn't get to the room do to they didn't remove the snow well at all.

Is was a dirty,I stocked uncomfortable stay.

Breakfast was cereal, no juice, no hot food, bad. Coffee. The room was in disrepair, missing trim, uneaten floors and was filthy thr flors were so dirty I stood on a towel and it was black when I picked it up. There were no tissues or cups in the room no liner in the trach or ic cans, the ic can had bugs and dirt in it. The rom was just filthy.

Repair the building deficiencies in the room. Clean and inspect the housekeeping procedures. Properly stock the rooms.

Bed was dirty, room door lock did not work. Was kicked out due to discrimination. Overcharged for multiple days. Inconsistent rates, not the standard rate that was reserved

Room still had dog fur all over it from previous rental. My lock didnt work on my door. Overcharged my card multiple nights without my authorization

Our room was filthy! Bugs, walls were gross, floor was stained and smelly. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We couldn't even stay in our room, but for a couple of hours. We were up and out of there by 6 am! Completely unacceptable

Staff was pleasant. Convenient location.

Run down. Dirty. Entire property reeked of urine. Old spring mattress severely worn. Stained sheets. Took way more gross photos than I’m allowed to post. Save yourself the disgust and book the more expensive hotel.

Absolutely nothing the place was dirty it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the staff was horrible!

The black mold in my bathroom the 59 cigarette burns on the tub the green pool oh and the fact that the smoke detector wasn’t even working it was hanging off the ceiling!

The place was very dirty there was food in the room from people before us the pool was not open there was trash everywhere on the property the smoke alarm was unhooked and was not working the shower head was broken you had to splash water on yourself too get wet

The hotel was disgusting and dirty. It was very unsafe. I was given a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and a toilet that didn't flush. It was a long, dark walk from the parking lot and we felt very unsafe.After arguing with the front desk staff, I was given another room that was totally dirty. The sheets had cigarette burn holes and had obviously not been washed. There was dirt all over the floor and cobwebs and gnats all over the room. We had to go out and buy new bedding to put on the bed because we were afraid to sleep in it.

Room - smoke detector hanging from ceiling, towel bar broken off wall in bathroom leaving a hole in the wall, wallpaper border curling off wall, wallpaper stapled to wall to hold in place, bathroom door grossly dirty, tub dirty, lamps rusty. Continental breakfast - toast or bagels - no tongs to remove from packaging. Dry cereal with empty gallon sized milk jug on counter.

The first room we got the shower handle broke when I turned it on we couldn’t shut off the water, we were given another room and it had no remote to the tv no cups for drinks the telephones in every room do not work! It was definitely mediocre at best!!

Ok, $197 a night for a “motel” (doors to the outside). is ridiculous! The room smelled of bleach horribly, it was so damp the carpet was wet and sticky (gross)! The blinds had duct tape on them! The bathroom was dingy and had mold on the shower wall! I am not a picky traveler at all but I was so uncomfortable in this room that I did not sleep worrying about bedbugs and outside intruders. It was just my young daughter and I and I stayed awake as the protector. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The price was good however the breakfast selection could have been more generous.

The brown bag to go breakfast was a little insulting. Also the coffee provided in the room did not have any condiments to go with it, so travel to the office was still necessary.
