I originally was only staying 1 nite, but ended up adding an additional nite, very comfortable stay

Kim who worked at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and very accessible, The room was clean, very updated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and hot, housekeeping kept all areas clean and were very friendly.

Amazing!

I liked the location of the property. It wasn’t too hard to locate. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and I very much enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and super relaxing.

It was a nice breakfast spread, but the boiled eggs were cooked weird. It was difficult to unpeel. But, that’s really a small detail. My stay was amazing!

had a church group with a bunch of kids running around playing on the elevators and running up and down hall after12am and could not go to sleep. Spouse told man working front desk about all the noise and all he told her was it will be alright they will not be up much longer.Could not get into the breakfast are in the morning it was way to crowded with them so we went to IHOP

The housekeeper was very helpful and nice

The breakfast buffet was the worst breakfast buffet of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I was sick from eating it the first morning for my entire stay. Then when I checked out they charged me an extra 50.00 deposit fee when I booked the hotel the deposit was already added in the total so I had to pay an extra 50.00 then what was booked when I checked out and my friends had already split the amount with me so I got stuck paying the extra amount. I have never had that happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. I expected more from a Hilton hotel and I’m an hiltons honor member. I will never stay at a Home2 Suites again and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Close to the interstate

Kids could not use the pool due to the temperature being so cold. Staff stated that the heater was broken. Told us throughout our stay they were coming to repair it. Very disappointed

The front desk lady was very nice and tried to help me as much as she could :) but still upset i didnt get to stay and no pack and play

I could not even stay the night spent 4-5 hours there due to they reensured me they will have a crib/pack n play for my 10 month old and did not and could not get it up for him so they tried 4 different times 2 people so I had to get a hotel else where and wasted 172$ very very very disappointed esp when the man told me let my 10 month old sleep in a pack and play with one side broken /down and he would get hurt I am a firm believer unsafe sleep and would not put my 10 month old in bed with me and my 8 yr old the other bed had my 4&3 year old to use very very very disappointed. But the girl was very friendly and tried to help me as much as she could I'm sad I'm out a night stay at a hotel and 172$ 😔😭

The staff was friendly and hotel clean.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room air/heat system ran all night. Could hear the guest above walk and even use the bathroom. The shower took a half a hour to get barely hot and no full flow of water.The sheets was worn out with balls on them, felt bad to my skin.

Other than cleanliness this hotel was nice.

The staff we as very nice, breakfast was clean and sanitary, very delicious.

I think the room could have been more cleaner. The shower floor was practically black and the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly in months.

The room was large and comfortable. I would love to have the brand name of the mattress and sheets. the bed was amazingly comfortable.
