It was a good stay, just disappointed in my son being charged for towels

Nice hotel in general

That they charged my disabled son for dome spots on some towels before they were even washed. My bed was very hard to sleep on

The breakfast was good.

The room was not clean. There was carpet that was coming up off. The floor took pictures in the bathroom when I got there. I found a peel on the floor and the bathtub could have used a deep cleaning. The shark curtains look like they had been left in the dryer. And all crinkled hanging up. This was not a Hilton stay that I am used to. They were working on the pool and do an restoration to that, and that was one of the reasons why we stayed there. This was a vacation 3 days for us to spend time with our son for Christmas with our grandchildren. It was not up to our standards of what we used to. With hilton, there was a hole above our bed with a piece of tape over it

Not what I expected at a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast: fair.

Long time at arrival/check-in. Manager stood and watched while clerk checked people in. Large pieces of machinery in the arrival area..dangerous and no guards to keep cars and people from being injured. Wprk on the overhang was on-going.

Looked pretty clean overall, but our room smelled moldy when temperature increased.

Easy location off the highway.

It was very clean, front desk staff was awesome, very nice. Breakfast was great and housekeeping did a great jog on cleanliness of our room. We had the best stay. We will be back!

The bathroom floor was sticky & rug in bedroom , because of the multiple carpet levels, it didn't feel clean. The mattress felt nice but caused me a severe backache. I think it was too soft.

The front desk receptionists were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good; nice selection and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and polite. The location was convenient to the highway, restaurants, and leisure.

I hate to say it, because we had a nice stay, but the property needs a really deep cleaning. The carpeting in the room was dirty (my socks were soiled walking on it). I suggest ripping out all carpets in rooms and going with hardwood or tile.
