We really had a lovely stay. We had a family function and booked last minute( 15 minutes prior to checking in) The lobby was lovely and inviting, the smell of fresh coffee wafted through the air. Luggage carts were readily accessible and we stayed in a 2 queen suite. Spotless! Spacious, à nice sitting room , comfy sofa, ( which was a sofa bed) tv and desk... very nice. The beds in the separate room were heavenly and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet area. Bath in good working order , also spotless. But the best thing about our stay was the staff especially the young man on the overnight shift. I went out side in the middle of the night to smoke and he came out. Thinking maybe i was in the wrong spot ,I was so pleasantly surprised at his gentlemanly behavior, just not wanting to leave a lady unaccompanied at night. He was so well spoken , collège educated, and we had a lovely discussion about his background especially his extensive musical training. This young man is brilliant hospitality and management material . Your organization would benefit from placing him in a position where his education, dedication and experience would serve you best. He aspires to eventually manage or even own his own franchise. He should be given the chance. A true winner !

I stayed in the same room 101 twice ( 3/7/2025 and 3/18/2025). When checking out on 3/8/2025, I had informed hotel staff the bathtub and sink water in the room didn't drain well. when I checked in on 3/18/2025 the same room was given to me. I mentioned about the problem I had previously with the room, hotel staff said it was fixed. However, the drain problems were not fixed. In addition, water leaked out from the toliet in the room.
