    We found that the room was not tidied especially the mattress cover and bedsheet still not well kept after we returned . They only change the towels that’s all and the room don’t have a phone, no fridge, no complimentary bottle of water although they do provide at the lobby area free coffee and distilled water. Reception staffs not very friendly and don’t speak much as we don’t get much assistance when we try to ask for some directions to the old town. I feel they need a lot more improvement in services based on my many years of travelling to many countries.

    Stayed here last month at the tail end of our Europe trip and it was nice. Accessible hotel and friendly staff who accomodated us with our luggage storage request.

    The staff is friendly, the room is clean. Although there is no air conditioning, the fan provided and opening the window at night makes it cool enough. The breakfast is delicious with many options. Highly recommended!

    I booked a room for a family of 2 adults and one toddler. I was surprised that they gave me a Handicap room with a shower that have no walls or glass. I went to the reception then they said we are fully booked and someone has to take this room. That was a very inconvenient answer because I didn't book it and I didn't expect the reception to tell me, someone has to accept this room. This is not how good hotels staff talk to people. The room was so hot and no AC or fan. We had to accept it as it is
