    Location is about 10 minutes walk from the Zurich Train Station, though, a lot of public transportation abounds. Free coffee and tea. There are 2 lifts which are big enough for 4 large suitcases. Checking in was a breeze. Nice clean room with air-conditioning and large enough for a couple. No ref though and toilet was separate from shower room, no issue there. No safety deposit box.

    We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. I noticed some issues the moment we checked in. Due to rooms not ready, we left out baggage in the locked baggage room. That’s not an issue but what’s the problem was there was(1) no luggage tags given to proof your belongings belongs to you, so you were lead to the baggage room to just take whichever ‘is yours’. A gentleman before us also had the same issue. No luggage tag, just take ur pick. (2) the girl that released the key to us was a girl which I don’t think she is suitable for Front Desk. She had no smile, not professional. She leaned her whole body to the next counter to have our keys cards programmed at the next counter with her backside still glued to the high chair. (3) at 9pm, my nephew called me to ask if I was banging at their door. It wasn’t me, so since I’m 2 doors away. I opened and saw the same receptionist and another lady outside their door. They claimed that the previous guest may hv left their AirPods behind and they wanted to check the room. It’s 9pm, people could be asleep. Why don’t they check with their housekeeping staff? Didn’t the staff report or saw it when cleaning the room? (Aside note, reason my nephew called is due to the design of the toilet. It’s glass not door… my sister was showering so he couldn’t go pass without seeing my sister naked, that’s why he called me) (4)check out day, I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging at the door. Someone knocked on my door. Before I could walk to the door, housekeeping opened it. She didn’t ask me if I am checking out today… but asked a really stupid question, if I was checking out tmrw. (Housekeeping will have a report with them, which room checking out, which one is vacant, which one is in house) why did she even open the door with the Masterkey and didn’t allow the guest time to come to the door? What if it’s a couple having couple time??? So… my experience in this hotel is not so good. Except they offer you freebies for the inconveniences caused and it’s quite a good location to the train station, the shopping belt.
