Hotel is very conveniently connected to Raffles city mall and the MRT. We selected it because it’s right across from the Raffles where we were attending an event.
However, it wasn’t quite walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see and grabbing a late bite (after 9-10pm) while jet lagged wasn’t very convenient as most restaurants were closed by then.
Lobby is nice and busy. The front desk agents and concierge were quick in taking care of you even via email before our arrival.
Our room was clean and comfortable although I didn’t find drawers where I could unpack stuff. One of our suitcases had to be on the floor the entire time as there wasn’t room to put 2 inside the closet. The toiletries box in the bathroom was nice but also took quite a bit of vanity space.
I loved that they had an umbrella we can use which we needed during our stay and also refillable glass bottles and a filter for potable water.
For some reason they would only give us 3 bath towels even though we were 4 and I kept asking for an extra towel.
All in all, a great property. And the skai restaurant had a killer view!

Everything was perfect for us. The location is perfect. 2 mins walk from City Hall MRT and walk-in access to Raffle City plaza. If they also had toilets with bidet and king size bed options that would have been amazing.

Elegant property attached to the upscale Raffles City shopping center. Acces is also available through the City Hall MRT station. Room was on the smaller side, but very modern and efficient. And of course the view was AMAZING. We woke up every day to a post card of the Marina Bay Sands, the Art Science Museum, the Esplanade, the National Art Gallery and the Singaporean Skyline. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Plenty of Asian staples, including Laksa, dumplings and all kind of goodies we were more than happy to try. The pool was just Ok, though it was outdoors and offered partial view of the area. Location is super convenient like I mentioned. We bought a transit card and took the MRT everywhere right from the shopping center (including to/from Changi Airport). Is a pricey option (Singapore itself is one of the most expensive cities in the world), but if you value view and convenience I recommend this place 100%
