Beautiful Hotel...very elegant.
Staff particularly welcoming and kind.
The breakfast buffet was amazing.
The Bar area in evening is very relaxing with Beautiful surroundings.
Pool area is great, and service and staff there excellent.

The rooms are a really good size with plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable, especially if you have large suitcases. The location of the hotel is fantastic close to all the most notable places a tourist would wish to visit. The pool makes for a fabulous spot to end a long and hot day of sightseeing.

Usually I upgrade and get a lovely room. This time I did not. Room was OK but low floor
The noise all night. Like sleeping on the street. Illegal ar races on Raffles Road. Cheerleaders on the sidewalk. Noise from next room
Could not sleep one single night. Impossible to be in a room on the 10th floor city view. Unbeatable noise. Big disappointment. Hated this stay
