Location is good. Underground access to MRT. We were upgraded to a upper floor. Loved the separate veranda area, huge bathroom, bathtub. Housekeeping done on time.
Lights were not bright. Staff wasn't very attentive. Asked to send a message when the room was ready. Haven't heard from reception until we returned to hotel assuming the room must be ready. Didn't get help with luggage at checkout although we waited 10 min
Didn't offer to reserve a taxi or anything like other hotels do.

Stunning building in a fantastic location
The pool was small and on the roof so didn’t have a huge amount of space. It was clean and a nice environment though.

breakfast was busy as it was a public holiday during our stay but the staff were efficient and wait time was okay. Good selection at buffet and a la carte menu.
All good with this hotel.
