The hotel was modern, new, spotlessly clean, spacious and with impeccable service! Also had a great pool and fabulous views of the bay (although not of the Marina).

It was a bit confusing to find when we arrived, but I once you got a key and worked out the elevator it was super easy.

Room was not cleaned properly daily - never vacuumed during our 4 night stay

We loved the views, the location, the pool, the cocktail happy hour bar, and above everything else- the staff♥️ No one could have been more willing or helpful. We absolutely loved it here, and will be back for any future stopovers on our NZ to Europe stopovers. A huge Thankyou to your amazing team who consistently went out of their way to welcome us and ensure everything was perfect 🤩

Nice room with all Comfort

Late Check out ! The worst ever experienced. Bagages stored front the tower door at entry level, no courtesy space to manage bagage opening (obliged to open the bagage in the entry ), shower at level 25, near swimming pool, obliged to access outside of the building under the rain, no access with bagage alowed, this space had no air condition (35 degrés), it gives the impression you are not expected to stay longuer aymt the hôtel. Food breakfast , low quality, except restaurant 665 who is exceptionnel ! And service with food (Limited water in room) is not really friendly The price is totally expensive when basics are not met in Hospitality. Service should be better because the location is not the best and the hôtel in a Tower with not real commin confortable space (ONLY level 25) is surprising The gym room is small and has nothing Special
