It was very nice area and the rooms were nice

There wasn’t a good vent system in our room and all of our things got wet from the AC

The service was amazing with a twice daily housekeeping service. Morning clean and nightly turndown. Loved the club lounge access which offered refreshments and meals 3 times daily. Impeccable views and service. Great location and easy access to the MRT. Walking distance to all local attractions.

The service was warm, attentive, and very family-friendly. Our child especially loved the pool, and the Pacific Club Lounge was a wonderful place for our family to relax. Although there are some restrictions for children at certain times, the staff were always thoughtful and welcoming. We also truly appreciated the special anniversary arrangements, which made our stay very memorable. The Bell Desk team was particularly kind and friendly to our child and made our arrival, departure, and transportation very smooth. We would definitely love to stay here again.

There was very little that we did not like. We only wished the pool could stay open a little later. There were also a few occasions when towels or complimentary drinks were not replenished, but the staff responded very quickly whenever we contacted them, so this did not negatively affect our stay.
