It was a very comfortable place for me to easily get to attractions

The room as excellent and as requested which was panoramic windows with city view on a high floor. The breakfast choice was excellent, we were able to try so many offerings from different countries cuisines.

When we got there we were told we were being downgraded to a lesser room. No real explanation was given and we were only offered some vouchers towards food in the hotel. As we were not eating in the hotel these would have been pointless. After much discussion, it was found that our booked room grade was available and eventually we got to our room. This toom over half an hour to sort out and the overall experience at check-in was very poor. I would have hoped that due to the problems and long delay checking in (considering we had just flown in from the UK and were very tired), we would have been offered an upgrade to a marina view room so some other better room to compensate for the hassle, but we were not offered anything. The room we did get in the end was very nice however. Also the pool was closed for refurbishment which we were not aware of until we arrived.

Location and team were awesome. Restaurants and food were great

Smoking and non smoking areas outside the hotel were hard for them to monitor
