It’s a beautiful place and close to all the eatery. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Love the breakfast buffet. So much food and variety.
The pool area was under construction but they did offer transportation to take you to their sister hotel near by to enjoy the pool.

Spectacular architecture, especially the gardens and garden paths, great location and very friendly staff. Beds very comfortable too.
Rooms are starting to show some wear and tear, which isn't so great at this price point. And while breakfast at Lime restaurant was good, in the evening they only had themed nights like Oktoberfest which didn't appeal to us at all, so we had to go eat elsewhere.

Close to Chinatown metro station and very good breakfast
Swimming pool water temperature is too cold.
Too pricy for what they offer

Fantastic pool area and surrounding gardens. Beautiful hotel design and greenery.
Worst in-room entertainment I have come across in a high class hotel in many years. It needed you to Chromecast off your own App and only offered Netflix ;which no longer supports Chromecast), Disney, YouTube and some sport channel). Also, there was virtually no shelves or drawers in the room to unpack a suitcase - just hanging space). This was a n above-standard room, with bundles of space.
