Not enough space around pool to sit

The room was very spacious but it could have had a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on. There was only one chair & it was a computer chair, so you had to sit on the bed, which is not very comfortable, especially for an elderly couple.

Breaky was ok. fair amount of options. would have maybe been cool to see a few more 'local' options on offer

Just generally quite pricey, and alot of 'small' things that just added up over time - Not worth the money to pay for the 'executive' rate: the afternoon high tea was average. The balcony wasnt really something we ended up using much because of the sound of the building aircon outside from the room is loud - you are sitting outside under this loud constant sound. -Check in (there was 4 rooms across our family) took about 40min, then one of the rooms wasnt ready even though it was 5pm. -The rooms are nice, but generally the building is a bit dated, the lifts need re-programming. you could call the both 'sides' of the lifts, which meant they would often stop along each floor (when the lift on the other side had already picked people up), so the wait for lifts could be quite long if it was even just a little busy. -The pool area doesnt have alot of lounge's (and some are in full sun) -Concierge: seems ordering a taxi was always a 2-3 person job, always seemed a bit frantic and unclear on who was able to actually help you. For the last ~3days there was also a really bad sewage type smell outside of the hotel and it did go into the lobby area- we had paid for the 'high tea' but couldnt even really sit there and eat it beacuse of the smell
