Beds super comfortable . The room set was cool and decorations on wall. Shower was good pressure but leaked outside of shower handle was not angled right. Slept really well all nights .

The eating area was easily conjested so space was limited . Had to use downstairs. Main hall to eat always which was fine . The configuration was weird

Rooms were comfortable and kept up. The a/c was struggling but kept the room cool enough. The variety of breakfast was just OK. I've seen worse.

From the subway, finding the hotel is not easy. Only after I was there a day or two did I notice the tiny signs leading you to the hotel. Look for "lyf co-living", which I guess is the new PC term for hotel. Co-living. You can't make this up. You walk through a maze of underground shops and cafes, eventually getting to the mall. Once in the mall, go towards the front and the elevators are on the left. Check in is on the fourth floor. The "say hi" desk woman that was there when I checked in needs a lesson on greeting customers. I came in and asked to check in, she just pointed at a kiosk and said "over there". No hello, good morning....nothing The breakfast queue system is broken. There are a bunch of guests all at once around 8-830. This is universal. However the breakfast time was cramped with only one way in and out. People with full plates are squeezing by, and the people waiting end up standing in front of a table full of people because the line can only manage 3 or 4 at a time. That needs to be fixed. There's plenty of space on the fourth floor lobby. Put it there. Also, ice doesn't go in milk. At best, I had cloudy water...not good in coffee. There are better ways to keep milk cold
