Spacious apartment, great pool, well appointed kitchen. Beds very comfortable, cleaning 3 times pw. So useful to have a washing machine too. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to mrt, buses out front. Supermarket on site very expensive but useful for emergencies. Food options nearby were expensive but easy to go elsewhere.

The bedroom and toilet are very spacious. The unit is also fully equipped with kitchen necessitites and there is a washing machine which comes with detergent powder.
The property is also 5mins away from Fort Canning subway station and is also super convenient with supermarket in the UE Mall (beside the property). There are many restauranrs all around as it is just opposite Clarke Quay.
The staff were also very lovely and friendly. It is a delight to see them everyday.

Ms. Vijaya Lead reception at front desk was a vital part of what made our experience phenomenal. She greeted us every single day with a bright smile and kind regards without fail. She assisted us with several inquiries and is exceptionally quick and efficient in any category of our/guest needs. Without her there every day, we can confidently say that we would not have enjoyed our stay whatsoever. If she isn’t already the general manager or team leader, this is exactly what she should be; as some of the rest of the entire Park Avenue Suites team could really benefit from her knowledge, sense of hospitality and sincerity. As a matter of fact, in our experience, the rest of the reception, F&B and housekeeping team are completely lacking in hospitality and authenticity. They are rude, expect guests to service themselves and are completely unpleasant. Without Vijaya, this review would have been below 1 star.
