Park Avenue Clemenceau

It’s very clean and comfortable and it’s within easy reach for transport, the downside is there are no hawker Centres around to buy food. Not comfortable ordering from Grab. The staff are excellent especially the housekeeping staff like Helen, and Mei Leng who are very considerate when they found that I have a fear of getting in and out of bathtubs as I am afraid of falling as my husband and myself are elderly. They found a stool plus an extra bath mat for stability. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful so overall it’s an excellent place to stay.

The extra room of our apartment for the week made it very easy to relax. The washing machine and full kitchen was very handy. Our housekeeper was extremely helpful and her two staff servicing our room did a fabulous job, especially as I had washing everywhere! They even change the shower curtain! The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Love the location, close to the MRT and Clarke Quay. The pool was great after a hot day out. Good breakfast and meal options downstairs and the supermarket on the 2nd floor next door was very handy as well. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we will stay again.

We had such a great stay at Park Avenue Clemenceau and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent. It’s so central and convenient for getting around Singapore — Grab rides were really cheap because we were so close to everything, and the MRT is just around the corner too. Our room was excellent and we were actually given a really lovely surprise when we arrived. We had paid for an extra bed, but instead the hotel had made an extra room available to us, which was absolutely fantastic. We were so grateful as it gave us so much more space and privacy as a family. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The bathrooms and linen were all to a really high standard. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a huge bonus for us. We were able to easily cook meals in the room every day, which made travelling with our child so much easier and saved us a lot of money too. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and another thing we really appreciated was being able to store our bags at the hotel at both ends of our journey. It made things so much easier on our travel days. We'd happily stay at Park Avenue Clemenceau again and would definitely recommend it, especially for families.

Overall, we really couldn't fault our stay. The location, cleanliness, facilities, room and staff were all fantastic. It was such a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Singapore.
