The staff in the restaurant and bar were so lovely, helpful and friendly especially Cathy and Kei. Cathy always has a smile on her face and made you feel happy and went above and beyond. The breakfast was very good and the poached eggs cooked to perfection.
The small bedrooms and beds made our stay uncomfortable. The building works that are going on outside the hotel make you feel you are on a construction site. The pool jacuzzi does not work and the pool bar was closed.

Great hotel
Access everywhere easily via grab. No problem with during the night check in. Kept our bags free of charge for a little sightseeing. Nice decor in the rooms. Nice outdoor pool.

Location
Room was very small, and could hear the constant music in room from the pool bar.
Could not just get a drink in the bar, told to go to the pool bar ?

1. Our "room with a view" looked over a giant demolition site. It was UGLY & extremely loud.
2. They wanted to charge an excessive fee to simply go into the "lounge" on the 10th floor. We were informed there would be a happy hour & an "one million dollar view". It was a small room with a window. There were no drinks. It was a sad location. We were not allowed to use this used living room/lounge w/out paying. They do not have a lobby; so, there is nowhere to go to hang out. (unless you want to sit outside in 95 degree weather at the pool.
