Great location. Family room
Is ideal. However multiple issues with the room. The bath leaked and no cleaner in the four days we were there. Spare bed wasn’t made up upon arrival.
The bath leaked and flooded the bathroom. Reported the issue and never got resolved during our stay. Check in was painfully slow despite doing online speedy check in.
Staff at reception pretty useless and couldn’t have cared less about room issues.

We loved the city view from the room. The breakfast selection was amazing. The location was great as we used the MRT. We would come and stay again.
