Nice staff members, good breakfast, comfortable very clean bed/room . Good pool. Concierge Subra was very nice.

Check in was complicated, we didn't expect a self check in for this price. Took a while only to end up at the main check in.

We only stayed one night, and thankfully that was enough. This property is in desperate need of some TLC. The view is absolutely stunning—that’s really its biggest selling point—but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. There are two pools. The public pool, where all the lounge chairs are located, was quite dirty. The second pool is reserved for hotel guests, but there aren’t any lounge chairs, so everyone ends up at the public pool even though no one really wants to swim there. Simply adding some lounge chairs to the guest pool would make a huge difference. We were also looking forward to enjoying a drink during golden hour since the hotel has such an incredible west-facing view, but unbelievably, they had run out of all alcohol!! On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and accommodated us with both an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, don’t spend too much money on this place. It looks much better in the photos than it does in reality.
