We spent two nights in the Juliet Club Suite with Club Lounge Access, which included Complimentary Breakfast, Cocktails & Snacks. We were delighted with the excellent service and the quality of the food and drinks on offer in the Club Lounge. Breakfast was amazing and consisted of a 3-course meal with a wide choice of dishes, hot and cold. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. Every detail was taken care of. Despite construction work nearby, the room was very quiet. The staff was attentive and very professional. The hotel is a luxury colonial-style hotel, 3 storeys high, beautifully restored and full of Indian artifacts, medals, uniforms and documents that represent British colonial and Indian heritage.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. Everything was to our satisfaction, and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Simar the doorman who was always there to help us whenever we arrived or left the hotel.

We weren't happy with the first room they allocated due to the impact of building work going on next door but this was changed on request and very happy with alternative offered.

The location was ok for the mrt and the facilities are well maintained. The shower was a reasonable size with good hot water and water pressure. The bed was comfortable.

The room and bathroom overall were small. The free breakfast choices were limited and the coffee was awful. The main photo is extremely misleading as there is no greenery within cooee and the neighbouring building is a multistory construction site that starts early.
