Clean

Very small, cumbersome to get into from lobby to the hotel. The hotel is just a portion of the building, other parts are offices. Also, the room was very very small. Overall would not stay again for the high price.

Great location - MRT is in less than a block away and many attractions are less than 5-10 minutes by taxi or 2-4 stops on the MRT. Changi is also about a 15 minute ride in moderate traffic. Good amount of food options available about a block or two away due to it's proximity to the central business district, with China Town, Telok Ayer and other attractions in close proximity.

The building is very nondescript, it's hard to spot the Oakwood entrance and logo unless you're at a specific location. Food panda deliveries require some manipulation of the app. Secondly, the facilities aren't really in line with the cost and the Raffles brand. There is a pool and gym, but eating options are limited and if you arrive on a national holiday (like we did), you don't have access to the roof top restaurants and other building facilities (since Oakwood doesn't own the building). Elevators make access to other floors complicated, especially if your party is split into many floors. For the price, they lacked a more personal touch - no one to bring your luggage up to the room, no bell boy services offered, no mention of food options in the hotel or area.

Central location. Easy access to MRT and other main attractions

Room small and basic for price paid. Staff seemed new and unsure about process. No early check ins.
